Hi all, it's been a long time since ive come to this site, but not now i really need your help.

I just installed vista 32 bit and im really pissed now :mad: because when i listen to music it does not play on all my 5 speakers. on xp i would enable cmss 3d and it would play on all speakers. but now on vista i enable it and it doesnt even work.:mad: . i can't find a solution.

and when i open the sound menu in control pannel theres a message telling me '' you have to disable sound blaster enhancements because they dont work or something like that.... ''

plz people i'm sure some people here have had the same problem and fixed it :)

thanks all

When you enable CMSS3D are you setting it to Stereo Surround? Or just Stereo Expand? You didn't mention this part, so I want to get the obvious stuff out of the way first.

I had that same problem.

Here's a pic. Click where I've highlighted in blue and that's how you can set it up to work in 5.1. Now remember, MP3's, moves, music, and other things will only play in the channels they are configured for so if it's not 5.1, it will only play through 2.1 (2 side speakers and the sub). Now you can also use

Here's some CC from my Creative Console

I did the Dolby Digital Live unlock on my X-Fi Xtreme Gamer.
