I have a Swiftech MCW50-T with a 80W TEC. I was wondering if a 172W TEC would fit into it and if I would need a bigger PS, or will my Mean Well S-320 be good enough to run a 172W and 226W TEC setup?
Meanwell of yours will not be enough to power these two TECs.
Good news is that it wil fit.
Check some posts below, there's great How-to? by Major Slaughter on that subject.
Enjoy :)

Ranger2992 physically a 40x40mm 172W TEC will fit perfectly inside the MCW50-T however as Jabo said your PSU will be no good as a 172W TEC requires 24V. :(
It'll only be running at half its efficiency with the Meanwell 320-12.

Well that pretty much sucks  For as much as I have invested in this cooling setup I could damn near have a Prommie. Do you think the 80W TEC on the GPU is good enough. I am planning on doing the Vmod soon.

I have a MCW50-T on my gpu and it seems to do just fine. I can get 485 on the 9800 pro vmoded with it. It won't set any orb records but not too bad for everyday oc'ing. Of course you may do better depending on your card.

Do not despair, my friend!
Depending on your PSU (check 12v rail amp rating) you can do the following.
Hook 226w & 80w units to Meanwell and 172w to your PSU. 172Watt TECs sold in pc cooling shops are Vmax 15v, at least all that I've seen, but check before you buy.
Such modules run at it's best at 12-13v so you'll be perfectly fine with your setup.
Prommie wouldn't cool your GPU and NB below ambient would it? :) ;)
P.S. I am running my WHOLE system (MCW50-T is on separate PSU) from one Enermax465 series PSU. The whole thing including fans, HDDs, mobo, cpu, optical drives and 226w TEC sucks from one poor psu, which according to some other members explodes just with 226TEC hooked up. Connections and their quality is essential - the one bundled with MCW5000P-T just burned after two days!!!.
