Crysis - Level Core

hello friends,

i am playing crysis and got stuck in CORE level where some piston come and to attached to other side, makes some fire and go back...

can someone pls help me, how to get out from core or if u can just give me saved files and i can easily bypass that part.

OK.
between the 3 pistons their are like a glass Barrier , this barrier open after the piston burn , just stay near the barrier and wait it to open

thnx... act. i was in hurry,,, once i see the area is blocked and its something like a glass where i can see thru but cannot go other side... i should wait there a wait for the pistons to finish and that area will open automatically... i tried again from there and now i passed the piston area and after killing few more alein/species,,,, i was thrown out from 1 hole and gravity become normal and reached somewhere in snow fall area,, where i got mission to reach to the last known position.... and now i meet prophet... will continue the rest on my off days...
