how much power?

Right now I'm running e8400 on an asus p5q w/ 2x1gb of ocz 1200 ddr2 & wd sata 200gb + seagate sata 500gb & evga 8800gts 320mb(g80) from an antec trio 550.I may upgrade to sapphire 3870 soon.I also have a wd raptor 150gb I need to install.Not ocing right now but may in near future (3.6-4.0).I would love to dump the wd200 & go with the raptor & seagate500 but the wd200 has my os(vista hp 32bit) on it.Computer is multi use(gaming,surfing,hmwk).Can I get away w/what I have or how much higher do I need to go(psu).

Your PSU should suffice, even if you OC the CPU, and you still wont be nearing its limits.

The 3870 wont be much faster than your current card. I dont think if its an worthy upgrade, unless its some kind of crazy deal...or you very much need the extra Vmem.

The psu will be fine for that system, even for overclocking.
