I live in the U.S. . so If its possible could someone who sells/ makes chillers please contact me or post a link to where I could buy a commercial one..
I really like the liquid frostbyte and all the pics on the screenshots thread..

I think you may have to be a bit more specific, why do you want a commercial chiller ? What sort of unit are you fixing in your mind ?
If you plan to make a chiller for a PC you need a wall or window A/C.
I am in the UK so I cannot vouch for this but apparently people have bought these units for $100-$150 and conversion always seems pretty easy there is loads of info on this forum.
You not going to find anything else unless one of the phase builders has a unit spare.

Not sure what your looking for $$ you wan to spend, but heres a couple things on Ebay right now:
Elkay Water Chiller (http://cgi.ebay.com/Elkay-Water-Chiller-Model-ER-101A_W0QQitemZ190257517624QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item 190257517624&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C 240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14)

Perkin Elmer Water Chiller (http://cgi.ebay.com/GT41213-Perkin-Elmer-Poly-Science-TC1-5-Chiller_W0QQitemZ260297749702QQcmdZViewItem?hash=i tem260297749702&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C 240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14)

Both those need a couple of minor mods to get real cold, but are good starters for fairly low money.
