my fan profile for 4870 and question

this keeps my 830/1000 below 71C with ati tool and about 64C when idle, while keeping noise on acceptable levels, i dont say that this is best for any of u, but its for me. i do have decent air flow in my case

27 hysteris prevents those jet taking off sounds, as it
thinks fan is at 0% and wakes it up putting it to 84%

and question; can anyone confirm how to get that 0.02 more voltage on gpu please?

ive tryed both bios and profile moddin but thats a nogo
