F28000CL52GBPQ question

I have a 4GB set 2x@GB FC8000 PQ memory. It is showing the default setting for the tRFC to be 52 and the tREF to be 3120T on my Rampage Formula motherboard. What re these wsettings supposed to be and what are the tightest timings that they can be set to?

well, we don't provide any advance timing anymore. we suggest set those on auto. only change cas, trp, trcd, tras to 5-5-5-15.
