Power cable that has up angle C13 and regular C14 with mount?? Where Can I find it?

So I needed special cable for my new build. I've asked around/browse and found out what I need is IEC cable that has Up Angle C13 and just regular straight C14 but with mount. It's like one with 2 hols for mounting like you see with some Lian Li cases. I need this to be around 1.5'. I'm assuming it needs to be 14AWG and 15a. I've looked/browsed around for some time now but having no luck. Can anyone direct me to right place or know where I can get this?

I've just checked LianLi PC-A05B and it comes very close to what I'm looking for. Anyone know where I can get it? Also does it make sense to just create my own using c13 and C14 with 14AWG wire? If so, know any place that I can get that plug for C13 and C14 that are safe to use for my use for spec on my Sig?
