Quick Connects which are valved?

Do they make any quick connects in 3/8 or 1/2" which are valved too? What I mean is the couplings seal when pulled apart so computer parts can be isolated and exchanged without completely draining the system. Such a pain with hose clamps and draining/refilling for those of us that swap stuff all the time.
