Is a ocz 700 gamexstream good enought for a 4870 x2.

I was wondering with a, x38, core 2 duo, 2gb ddr3, 1 hd, and the above videocard, with a D5 pump + 6 fans going to overwhelm a gamexstream 700w powersupply.

Use the calculator and it says it wouldn't but I am not sure. It says a good 620 watt ps was enough.

It's enough. Those psu calculators are bs and dont give a realistic estimation what kinda psu you need. They usually calculate the max power draw of every component and sum it up to give recommendation. In real life situation the GameXstream is enough.
