I have 2 LGA775 systems that Nehalem doesn't support. (trying to ebay soon) I'm trying to use the $950 I won from Vegas. So out of all these options, which one is the best to spend on? :)

Only parts I can use from old system are drives, case ;/, 4850, and a low profile 9600GT.

the i7 wont help u nothing is multi threaded enough to make it worth anything and i think that u have the launch prices just a little off (like 60-100% off)

I voted for option #1. A large screen is always nice and it will last longer than the other things you listed.
