For those who are fans or just like the sport the demo is out. You can download the demo here (http://files.filefront.com/PES2009+DEMOexe/;11946169;/fileinfo.html). PES2009 is far better then FIFA09 for the PC and IMO better then FIFA09 on the console.
fter trying out this demo I can say without question that the game play for PES2009 is far better then FIFA09. What I noticed most that I didn't notice before with FIFA09 is that the movement is more robotic like and it's not as smooth and life like as it could be. After playing PES2009 the game play is more life like.
For example when ever you have the ball the opponent AI has a instant tendency to try to steal it. It gives the impression that it's scripted. Every new opponent AI you come close to will automatically make an attempt to steal the ball within a certain distance from you. Once you overcome the attempt they will try to run with you.
In PES2009 it's not like that. Every AI opponent how comes close to you will not instantly make an attempt to take the ball. Some will actually use other tactics. This is one example of why FIFA09 game play looks scripted and robotic and not realistic. This is just one example of why PES2009 plays better, there are others.
What I didn't like at about PES2009 is the menu system and the music in FIF09 demo was better IMO. Other then that PES2009 should get higher rating then FIFA09 on the PC. Having played both FIFA09 demo on the PC and xbox 360, PES2009 game play on the PC is better then both.
