When you're stuck trying to stabilize a certain FSB that you can't seem to get stable, then you shall try adjusting the FSB Termination voltage ( also known as VTT Voltage ) and the CPU GTLs ( sometimes you'll have to tweak the NB GTL as well, and maybe the CPU + NB Skews )

The newer motherboards have individual settings for the GTL BUS, usually mentioned as "Core 0/1 GTL Voltage" in BIOSes and expressed in either mV or as a "multiple" 0.62x, 0.63x, etc.

By tweak the GTLs I mean set them up manually to find the "sweet spot".
