Does anyone know how to do this? I just downloaded a sweet background, but its hard to see the icon titles. I could enable the drop shadows, but that isn't nearly as fun. So, does anyone know how to do it? And no, I don't want to download any programs.

Icon text color? I don't think you can, like in previous windows versions you can change the text font and size but not color

Off the top of my head, try playing about with a custom scheme in accessibility options.

Yea, Icon text color. If I change the theme to windows classic, I can change the icon text color, but then it doesnt look as cool. There has to be some registry key somewhere that can change the color from white to something else.

It can only be changed to Black or White, it even changes automatically based on the color of the background (light/dark colors).
