Who makes the best Redundant Power Supplys?

I am getting ready to make some changes to our office server and moving to a redundant power supply is one of them. Unfortunately I know very little about these and they seem to be more of a specialty item as opposed to widely used by the mainstream user. That being said is there anyone that really heads the top of the class in this area... I have heard Athena makes a nice unit but that it can be quite loud.

BTW - I haven't figured out with power rating I need just yet, but just trying to get an idea of more of what I should be looking for.
