Driver issues (i cant solve this)

Hello, Just wondering when i hover over a link on any web page then move the cursor to normal text i get a yellowish white circle the appears for about a second then disappears this does get annoying after a while when trying to read stuff online. I have been doing alot of troubleshooting on this and have decided it could most likely be a driver problem cause whenever i uninstalled the drivers and went online this wouldn't happen. I am using driver 177.79, I have tried using driver sweeper to clean out the drivers but no luck, I've been told many times to use Drivercleaner but it doesn't appear to be working on my vista 64bit, it installs fine but it will stop at a certain point and just not clean anything.

The first thing I would try is a different driver like the 177.92 beta, http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_177.92_beta.html, or 175.19, http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x64_175.19_whql.html. Can you get a screenshot of the issue?

thanks for the reply, ive tried the 177.92 before and they didn't work ill go give the 175.19s a shot, i don't think ill be able to get a screen shot but ill try and get a recordering tomorrow when i get batteries for my camera and ill upload it to youtube.
