Okay finally got my pc running tonight with all the stuff and I'm encountering a issue. Here are the stats:

2.4CGHz @ 3.544 (295FSB)
3:2 DRAM Ratio
2.6V to DDR
1.55V to AGP
1.6000V to VCore
Memory Timings: 2 - 6 - 2 - 2
(CPU Temperature @ 114 Deg Farenheit)

**EVERYTHING is the same, no bios update, no other changes in bios except those.**

When I shoot for 300FSB I get pretty much an auto memory dump when I get to the WinXP login screen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
KRUNNCH

Are you testing with prime95 or memtest as you go ???

I'll suggest you've toped out your cpu, atleast with the 1.6vcore.

Also with the Mushkin IMO you would probably be much better off at 5:4 and upping the Vdimm over 3v

adjust your PCI/AGP speeds manually to break 300.

How exactly do I do that? Like how far do I go with that? Right now I'm running a crappy Geforce I card until I order the NV38 in late oct. So would clocking up the AGP/PCI be a smart thing with such a crappy card or no?

As far as 5:4 goes, I dunno how far the FSB will go with the 5:4 divider b/c it has issues on the Max3. So you think if I go 5:4, up the vdimm to 3.0 it would work at 300?

What should I run vcore at if I'm running a processor at 3.54 or 3.6? I can go as high up as 1.9250 vcore voltage.

Download the latest Beta bios for aparent 5/4 isues.

And yea, pump up that vdimm to at least 3.0 for 5/4 and good timings.
But if what you have really is the limit, you allready acheived very good results I would say. Congrats! :)
