infinion 3.3ns video memory?

getting a 9500np guaranteed to run like a 9700 pro (8 pipes and 325/310) on monday, just found out its probably 3.3ns...
good bad? post your opinion and results with and without mods.

It needs the vref mods.

default vref are very low (around 1.25), or at least that was the case with 9700 non pro wit 3.3 ns infineon..

mickey had 2 cards with 3.3ns infionion and got them both to ~360 with mods, without any mods 310 is average right?

edit: i heard vref is really dangerous, whats the max vref i should try?

usually about 1.48 is tops for vref... 1.45 to be on the safe side.

You should see how all the voltages on the radeon swing when you adjust your 5v/12v.. its insane!

Haha, all the "MUFU" BIOS is is a 9700Pro ATI BIOS edited for PAL/NTSC. Read that over at Rage3D from MUFU himself. But it runs damn good on my Sapphire 9500 with vmod's.

I'll meqasure all my voltages tonight and post em when I get home.

I have that memory on my 9700NP, it sucks ass.

Wont run over 310 without artifacts, will bench at 315.

I would do a vmodd, but I cant afford a new card if this one fries.

More VREF makes for many problem's The 1/2 rule is BS if you ask me;)
