I'm also pumped for Far Cry 2 bigtime. The last trailer I saw looked amazing.

lepper: This is my first pre-order of anything, so I'm hoping I get it by the release date or at worst the day after. I guess we'll see. :) Hope my experience is like yours.

interesting to see the multiplayer... if they can make some decent maps and improve the whole multiplayer experience ie more teamplay and focused objectives it will be a hit, not to mention improving frame-rate

It installs as a complete game -- as in you don't need the original Crysis game installed to install it. I just hope the game is just as long or longer than the original.

Wow - It's currently available as pre-purchase on Steam, as a single game or as a bundle with Crysis.

EA and Valve must have worked out their issues...

Doubtful. Crytek says no more patches for original Crysis.
