Does it have ATA 133 support or am I just imagining it? I'm setting it up this very moment, except that the secureIDE supports 133 and they gave a 133 ribbon cable....Did I miss something?

I don't know, I would believe that it does. It seems like every other board out there recently supports it. My hd is only ata 100.

Do I have to install some RAID crap like I did on my Gigabyte 8KNXP or just plug the ATA133 cable into my ATA133 hard drive?

Good question, I bet it comes with a manual.

The drives themselves are backwards compatible with ATA100.
The ICH5R supports ATA100... not ATA133.
There is no such thing as a IDE cable specifically for ATA133.
