Thats all the oil iv managed to coax out of my rotary. As its POE i dont wanna leave any in there to ingest my compressor. If 250ml sounds about right, i'll accept it. If not then i guess its back to danglin the damn thing upside down again

Depends on the compressor, should be on its spec sheet.

Tried it. The input fields dont make any sense to me. I got a pdf of their catalogue. Good info, no oil specs tho. Comp im gonna use is a slightly bigger one. Purely cus its already mounted and pretty much plumbed in. Its a 0.95HP 12.2cc rotary. Same family as that Teco jus a little higher displacement. Which is always good for flow :D

often oil is trapped right at the top of a rotary- pouring it out won't get all of it out. the discharge goes down a bit so when holding it upside down it traps a bit of oil.

should be fine :) i think most rotaries have ~ 300ml or so, im sure your safe :)

Do not generalize like that, these 1/2hp roto's have 150ish cc of oil.
