OCZ vendetta 2 + SLI-DR mobo Q's

Hi guys,

I'm ditchin' my water setup, I'm just wondering if it (OCZ vendetta 2) will fit with my LanParty SLI-DR mobo s939 with all mem slots full, DDR platinum rev2 sticks (4x512).

No one using that HSF with a DFI SLI-DR with 4 sticks? :(

it should fit the mounting braket is fairly small and out of the way.
