heatsink at rear touching case :-/

hello alll

i just bough my first well gaming type system and i opted to put it together myself and while busy at the rare of the case i saw that the heatsink is almostttttt or is touching the rare of the case,and i dont even have the aftermarket cpu cooler on or my graphics cards on yet, its a cm690 case and a ga-x38-dq6 mb and i checked and the mb is seated on all the feet/screws anyway i took some pics that i hope will show what iam talking about

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I'm pretty sure the motherboard designers had the possibility in mind that the heatsink could touch the case and thus made sure that it wouldn't cause any problems.
