Got it for very little in a trade for a Kyro2 & some Spectek PC-2100 that couldn't do 150Mhz. Tossed it into the Albatron PX865PE Pro & 2.4B SL6RZ and played around with it a bit.

256MB Corsair XMS3000C2

White label:
XMS3000V1.1
022301

Silkscreened on the pcb:
50-00107 Rev A1

234Mhz, ~2.83v, 2.5-3-3-5. SuperPi, Quake, Elite Force, Call of Duty stable.

I havn't pried off the heatspreaders yet but my guess is that theres Sammy TCB3's onboard.

Should do DDR500 with a few extra volts. :)

Ran Sandra up to ~238Mhz:

XMS3000 = BH6..

some of the BH6 were bloody awesome..

give it 3.3+ vdimm and watch it fly @ aggressive timings

I have a stick of that same stuff. 512 mb version though. Does 230 with 2-2-2-11 timings and 3v of vdimm. Board doesn't go any higher, but I would love to get a second stick of this to run DC and vdimm mod my nf7-s.

Yup, they are Sammy TCB3s (they most certainly don't like CAS2 timings...). Took a half-hour to pry the heatspreaders off carefully (they were on there pretty good).

Tomorrow I'll hopefuly clean all the thermal tape off the chips and I'll play around with them more.

Only one stick actually. :( Built a rig for my best friend in Summer 02', he paid $100 for it @ NewEgg, for a 1.6A rig- it did 2.13Ghz stock Vcore, so he stopped at that and never played around with the stick. Ended up with this stick for nearly nothing in a trade.

I've got two sticks of TwinMOS PC-3200 BH5s for dual channel, so this is just fun to screw around at high FSBs. The XMS3000 can get higher Mhz at the same voltage but dosn't like any timings better than 2.5-3-3-5.

RMA it to Corsair maybe? I'm sure they'd give you a shiny new stick- probably a later revision with BH6 chips to boot.
