need help with ram OC

i'm running am2 with an asus m2n sli deluxe, x2 4200 and 4 x 1gb pc6400 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v. right now my cpu is at 2.45 and ram is at 817. i can drop my cpu to 2.3 and get into windows with the ram at 920 @ 2.2v but dont think its stable, i tried to run spi and got errors. haven't tried orthos yet. what do you think i need to adjust to get it stable? more ram voltage? would it help to up my nb voltage? do you think my ram is maxed out for what it is?

this is the ram i'm running, i know their cheap and not D9's.

i think i got my answer, ram doesn't seem like its gona work at 920, i've uped the vdimm to 2.35 and still get errors with spi and orthos. unless anyone knows that upping the nb voltage will help, i'm done tryin
