Yeah, but it's 256MB DDR. The 9800 Pro before 128 was DDR and the 256was DDR2... it seems the XT is a 256MB with DDR and faster clocks... Isn't this like the 256MB version people have been waiting for? All the complaints I heard from the Pro 256MB was about the DDR2 memory not clocking well enough?

Well, as soon as I find a store that carries em, I'll be the guinea pig... (I was hoping we would get em in at best buy so I could return it if it didn't do what I wanted it to...)

Looks like the memory aspect has been improved... Reviewers are getting 4xx/400 without breaking a sweat! Of course, it could just be luck (or engineering samples).
