Some Asus-mobo's suffer from chassis intrusion halt on error while the jumper and the cmos is okay.

I tried everything on my P5AD2-premium.
I can only start Windows if it is below 20'C.
Otherwise I get the chassis intruded halt error.

I use version ad2p1010.zip from ftp://ftp.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5AD2/
I still can flash bios with other version (alt-f2).

Can someone easily teach me how to remove/bypass the check that results the halt error?

I want the chassis intrussion check out of my bios.

I know the Winbond-chip generates the signal, but the Winbond-software says it's okay.

I have to leave my pc on this summer, I can't reboot if it's to warm in the room or outside.

[+5volt] [power supply standby] [chassis signal] [ground]

To suppress the messages you are getting you will need to get a jumper to fit over the chassis signal and ground to bypass the chassis intrusion detection circuit.

It's a temperature related problem.
