You can reset the password you know... just use CLR_CMOS jumper or take the battery out of the mobo for like 1 minute and you're done.

just tried it right now and no good .. it reset time, date and all bios settings but the password. oh and it deactivated all my software keys because system date was changed. I dont think Sony store the password in CMOS.

You can't really store it anywhere else than in CMOS...

There's some hidden BIOS passwords on some particular BIOS brands. Try looking up your particular BIOS brand and you can check a few forensics sites on some passwords. On the other hand, resetting the BIOS should remove that password.
For controlling, I would recommend getting a fan controller. The best controller that I've ever used is on Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811995017). This is a great product that can keep all my fans (including my deltas) under control.
I've had several of those Silverstone fans. They look good on specs, but I personally found them a little less than par after I bought my Mechtronics and Delta fans. I would highly recommend heading over to sidewindercomputers.com or a similar site and picking up some high performance Delta fans. Combine it with that fan controller I mentioned earlier and you will have a nice setup. The Deltas aren't extremely loud once you get them under control. Furthermore, if you can find someone that sells those Mechtronics fans, I also highly recommend them as well. They are louder than the Deltas at 100%, but they have the ability to be "controlled" a little more.
