I'm not sure what you're trying to figure out. I assume that you don't mean intend to put your video card into your phase change case....

Just had a thought...by "case" do you mean the enclosure that attaches the evaporator to the video card's GPU??

The system Vapochill XE2 is a phase unit in the top of a normal computer case, he's asking if in that case, the card will fit.
The thing is most of those systems are useless and none of us have them.

Okay, so here's what we are talking about...
From the looks of it I don't see why that long GPU wouldn't fit in this case.
