Hello
This is VERY typical and quite boring, ordinary cascade - metal baseplate (welded frame), plate HX, R507/R1150, no gauges, 2x 13000 BTU,1HP compressors.
So simple, without bling-blings so it's not such expensive as cased cascades ..
Specs :
compressors: Sanyo remark C-RN110H5A around 13000 BTU so 1HP on both stages
evap: steeper
XVes: Danfoss TS2+ nozzle 01 / captube 0.9 mm
HX: plate HX , 12 plates
condenser: 3.0 Kw, alu-cu, cooled by 300mm/230V fan plus alu-cu 2x120mm desuperheater for 2nd stage
refrigerants : R507/R1150
oilseparator : Temprite 340 + Castell handvalve + Danfoss sightglass
safety : RANCO cut-off, 1.5 litre FACH expansion tank
case : baseplate with welded frame 70 x 53 cm , black painted+ wheels
others: Anaconda shocks absorber on 1st stage's suction line and ...that's all ;)

Better and better, love the look, and your pipe work is really getting very very nice. Could you do me and the rest of us a big favor though, and trim the sig?

piotres -- I 2nd what Adam said about the pipe work. The bends are clean, and the brazing is "A" number one, very pro!
Also great job on fabricating the frame thus far. Someday I need to learn how to weld :(

really nice baby ;)
do you have a voltcraft energy check to see, that your loadtester has 260 watts?
did you change the oil on second stage?
piotres
08-25-2008, 02:52 PM
I've calculated it using Ohm's law and with 230v calculation says even over 260W .
No oil is orginal :).
