Scythe S Flex F vs. Delta EFB Low Speed

I hear very good thing's about delta and I'd assume it's performance to be really good, but I'm wondering how it'd do in comparison to the S- Flex 34 dba and below at 1m.

get the one with the highest amp rating, and hook it up to a fan controller.
You cant have quiet with out sacrificing performance, unless you have a fan controller.
