mount stock C2D cooler to a sockey 939?

Does anyone know a very cheap/free way to mount it? i do have arctic silver adhesive and AS5 but i don't think the stress is good for the processor...I really don't care if i cant detach it form the processor as this is the final use for the computer.

i dont see why u would, the stock 939 cooler is better

because i dont have the cooler or the mounting hardware...just the holes in the board and a backplate because I watercooled and am now giving it to my girlfriend.
