Corsair is releasing a 2x512MB kit (TwinX1024RE-3200LL) of ECC RAM that runs at 2-3-2-6-1. That's the first ECC RAM released yet that isn't running at something obscene (like HyperX's 3-3-3-8-1).
There's no pricing listed in the article, but given HyperX's pair of 512MB PC3200 ECC sticks @3-3-3 is $450, the Corsair should be more.
