i was send RMA my GF XFX 8800GTX from Germany ago two month.

Do you have a support ticket or RMA number I can reference to look it up? I am with the North American support team but I can see what information I can get for you.

Did you send the card in to us or your retailer? If you were the original owner of this card I would think it should still be under the European warranty. The 8800GTX is less than two years old. Generally, the warranty over there is two years and handled through the retailer I believe.

That looks like you RMAed through your retailer. We wouldn't be able to help with that. See if you can get a tracking number from them for the package that was going to you.
