Microsoft Excel?

is there a free version of microsoft excel out there anywhere? I would like to use this flow rate estimator (http://www.martinsliquidlab.com/img/MartinsWaterCoolingFlowRateEstimatorv3_1.zip) but don't have excel, and really don't want to pay $100.00 for excel 2007.

Open Office is very slow and ugly (well...Office 2007 isn't any prettier IMO), but it's free, powerful and it works.
