no sync on videos

i got no sync between the uper and lower parts of a video when viewing on media player using hali media splitr
the computer is brand new e8400 4 gigs of ram and 4870
the screen res is 1680*1050 on a samsung 22 inch
it dosent happan on wmv files
help please?

is the video at 24p? such videos with 24 fps don't run in sync on my pc either. no matter what player i use :|

i watched it carefully and i can say its only the win media player
if i play the same file im bsplayer its fine
