New hardware?

Okay I am looking for some new hardware and what I currently have is:
Q6600 @ 3.7
P5Ke
8800GT
Dominator 1066



I want am considering:

P45 mobo (possibly the maximus 2 formula, but deffinatly P45) and New VGA
P45 mobo and some DDR3 (reccomendations?)
new VGA and DDR3

or ?

around 600 to spend, and im going to probably have a Q9450 soon

If you have a q6600 @ 3.7 then dont waste your money on a q9450.
