Make an account at http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/Help/Support.aspx and you can register on the main support page after logging in. You are supposed to register within 30 days for the double lifetime warranty within US or Canada.

Probably should. Everything 6, 7, and 8 series card before April 17, 2007 is grandfathered in to the double lifetime and for a while we didn't have in your face information that said you had to register so we are lenient with not registering for cards that were manufactured until recently.

I've tried registering a million times and nothing happens. The page simply resets. Is there something I need to turn off on my windows?

I swear, this is the worst website I've ever been too.

I registered a card a couple days ago, it's something you're doing/not doing. Try a different browser.

I don't have any problems with any other site. I'm using Internet Explorer 7.0, everythings compatible with Explorer.

I've turned off popups, turned down security, turned off firewall, turned off AV.

What security software are you using? Some of them still stay fairly active even when you "disable" them. If your your in North America, give us a ring at 800-880-3225. We can register for you if you don't have another system to use or can't get the problem resolved on this one.

I registered my old XFX 8800 ULTRA XXX card about a week or so after I got last year some time.... well I lost my registration or my account access so how would I go about in getting an RMA if I needed one now?

also someone said, since my card is literally non existant, I would be replaced with a currently available model of equivalent or higher grade? is this true?

If you are in North America you can call us at 800-880-3225 and we can do it over the phone. Everywhere else the warranty is generally handled through the retailer. If we do not have a card in stock and the card is not easily repairable than the card will be replaced with the model directly above it in 3D performance.

How does your warranty stand In Australia? I believe it is only a 12 month or 2 year warranty for XFX products here in Aus and NO DOUBLE WARRANTY. Shame about that really. Not that it really matters as by the time 2 years is up, it's generally time to keep up with the Jones' anyway

Everywhere except USA and Canada is two year.

Not a problem. I normally step up by that time anyway unless I'm on a good thing. Cards at the top of the scale now are getting that good that better ones will almost not be worthwhile stepping up to for a BIG improvement anyhoo.
