i've heard that the VIA chip is better than the Nvidia one, but why?
i thought i got VIA out of my system for good. :(

i was reading some reviews of the boards, and the via scored over the fx-51 and the 3.2c, also the nforce3 chipset didnt even finish the benchmark before crashing. im not sure if this is the case on all of them, but it seems to be premature.

tbreak team used the VIA base as it benches
higher than the nForce3.
ultra high FSB isn't necessary with the A64 chip.
the A64 compatable BIOS is a whole new ballgame.
