I noticed My E8400 is only running at 2.4GHZ. Even though in BIOS I have it set to 334x9 it is only posting at 2.4ghz and CPU-Z also shows 2.4GHz.
I made sure all of the features that can/will reduce multi, fsb, or voltage are turned off.
WTH??? :shrug::shakes:

Yes I flashed to the latest 13q or whatever it was to "unofficially" support 45nm. It worked fine for the first couple weeks.

Anyone else? It also started to detect new hardware. A network controller. I am assuming its my onboard nic maybe, but I have that also disabled in bios. maybe my mobo/bios chip is going out.:shrug:

Not likely but maybe there's a jumper on the board stopping form going above 266FSB. My board has an ovecloking jumper that I've switch to 333FSB. Just an idea

I think the only jumper on this board is for clearing the CMOS. Dont think there are any others.
EDIT: OK its fixed. I blew out my case with a can of air, concentrating on the empty slots, and reseated the Fusion7 HDTV Tuner card. Seemed like it wasnt in all the way. works normal again.
