Ordered another Video card.

I got a new video card for moving a whole house of furniture.

Anyone knows how well this'll OC? I'll be running it in the 4x slot on my Asus p5k. I have a 650 watt psu, so I can handle the extra card luckily.

I wanted the gigabyte card everyone was getting for 70, but newegg doesn't have that in stock and I am limited on space due to my H2O cooling, so this fits better and is only 10 buck more at $110.

Since I only run 12 hours a day or so, I'm hoping that I'll get some decent ppd, at least 4500.

I'm getting almost 9k ppd w/ one instance of SMP on a quad & an 8800gts. Maybe 13k?

I think you can get 4500PPD with those two cards pretty easy. I am putting out 7KPPD or so with an 88GTX and a 96GT. The race to 100K has begun than.

I wanted to ask how you were generating some much ppd.
I really hope I can keep pace. You ARE going to surpass me in points. I just hope I can get my card in time, but I think you'll get to 100K before me.

Oh a GOOD day, i can break 9k ppd w/ just a quad and my GTS. My 3800+ is sad. I think it produces 150 ppd, so I don't even count it lol.

Either way, this'll be interesting.

Ha! yes indeed! I usually get my card anywhere from 5 to 7 pm. So I hope I can get it working before i see the Dark Knight tonight. :up:
