First I have to admit I've zero experience in working with photo programms - so please answer me like I'm a totally noob..........:p:
I have a picture (photo) here what has been made particular concealed by purpose.
Now I wonder if there is a free program can be used to re-conceal the hidden parts of the photo.
The way of the concealing is not black or cut out - it is like a foggy veil if You know what I mean.
