Hi

I'm really out of touch when it comes to the new ram standards so looking for some advice. I've seen the recent thread on here looking for good ram but I'm looking for good ram at a good price.

I'm getting a Gigabyte GA-8KNXP Ultra with a P4 3.2 and am looking to put 2gb of ram on the board.

I don't need anything too exotic or overclocked or overclockable, just stable but as fast as one can buy for a DDR400 board.

I take it corsair, having many suppliers here in the UK are the best price? What model would I be after?

Why am I reminded of the stereo purchase sketch from 'Not the nine oclock news'

Best price is actually on the A-Data PC3200 which is nice n' low at the mo.... cheaper than generic branded stuff.... cheaper than Corsair n' OCZ etc, and SOMEWHERE on this forum, someone passed DDR500 using it...

£33.50 inc VAT fer 256Mb
£62.92 inc VAT fer 512Mb
