good value kit, but it doesnt clock to 1800?
looks like low grade samsung memory?
doesnt it scale to higher vdimm?

Its either Samsungs, or new 1Gbit Elpidas. If its Elpidas, they got to love weird timing combination.

Its either Samsungs, or new 1Gbit Elpidas. If its Elpidas, they got to love weird timing combination.

I actually dont remember, but its same as they started with, I think its neither... :)
I played with these very shortly at Cebit, as far as I recall, they didnt like low timings, and didnt scale with voltage (I was told, I never rebooted setup), ran 1.5v

EDIT:
Qimonda as far as I remember, but might be way off
