Display Driver nvlddmkm

I have been having problems with this lately. This happened out of nowhere when I installed Ubuntu 8.04 on another hard-drive (Dual-boot). I keep getting fuzzy blue lines everywhere and it's random too. What is the problem here :confused:

Hardware not software, send it back for RMA. I had a BFG 9800GX2, told them it would always show a nvlddmkm error message and they said send it back.

I agree...hardware issue 100%. It does not happen on XP because the driver communication is completely different. On XP you would just get weird things showing on the screen instead of a driver crashing message.

This is a Vista error only correct? But your waying that it manifests itself as artifacts in XP?
