You're not really helping us help you here.
You need to list your settings from the Extreme Tweaker section of the BIOS.

hi there!
i suggest to you some bios settings, which will help you to stabilize your system
set ai overclock tuner to manual
set fsb strap to 333MHz
set command rate to 2N(2T)
set DRAM timings to 8-8-8-24-auto-72
set both the next two options disabled
set ai clock twister to lighter
kepp TBooster auto
take a look at your VID (you can easily see it in the CoreTemp main window)
set CPU voltage equal to your VID
set both spectrums to disabled!
if you want to maximize your system, you need to set fsb to 450MHz, and push up the CPU Voltage, set DRAM Freq to 1800MHz, and set DRAM voltage to (i think, at least) 1.8V (at 8-8-8) the same as the NB Voltage (1.49V suggested), finally FSB Termination Voltage (1.36V recommended)
if you want to use your pc like at this moment (1333MHz memory clock, etc.), i think the settings i posted above will help you
post your observations, after you tried them
edit: why dont you try the new bios (0505)? it has a lot of advantages, and its more stable than other bioses were to this board

cas latency 8, under 8, under 8, under 8, under auto, under 72
type in google search bar 'coretemp', download it, and it will help you to know your cpu's VID.
