780i Raid problems I need some help [Archive]

I setup My first Raid 0 . When I use the array hard ( Installing a game or extracting Rar's) I get a popup msg that says Raid Failure but every thing still works fine . Has any one else had this problem .

Vista 64 Sp1
2x1 Gigs of ram @ stock speed and timmings
CPU is @ 3.2ghz for testing
2 Seagate 250's

Download Seatools(http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/seatools/) and check those drives. I recommend the DOS version of Seatools so that the OS can't get in the way. If you get any errors on a drive than try swapping out the cable that drive is attached to and then retest. If you still get errors than obviously you need that drive replaced. :rolleyes: Is it always 1.0 that fails? Have you updated to the P06 BIOS?
