I currently own an EVGA FTW Edition GTX280, but I want a second one..
Getting an XFX GTX280 is much more appealing to me, because of the BA warranty. :yepp: Do I have to set the clocks to match each other in SLi?
Also, is there a XFX overclocking software you can use, or would the EVGA software I already have work with the XFX card as well?(i suspect it won't because EVGA sucks compared to XFX cards.... Just a little bit biased)

When you enable SLI the cards should sync up to the slowest clocked card. You won't have to change anything. Precision will work with both cards too.

so.. I just plug in my awesome XFX card:up:, set up SLi in precision to the standard FTW edition clocks.. and go?

You shouldn't even have to change the clocks. If you get a XXX it should downclock to the FTW speeds. If you get a reference than the FTW should downclock to the reference speeds.
