What I find amazing is the downtime.. an hour or two I don't think is that bad. But I finished my last wu 10 hours ago and it still isn't fixed ( or acknowledged they even know, just been on the folding forums and there is no staff available atm ).
The smp is indeed still running but my 9600gt was my main producer now.

I send an email, maybe they will notice it quicker if they got some message popping up. Never hurts to try

scroll down to the bottom of the log for this server, it's been in reject since Fri Jul 4 22:50:11 PDT http://fah-web.stanford.edu/logs/171.64.65.20.log.html
report it here, http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3766
even if you did send the email directly to densign, the admin will get messages from other mods and admins on the forum and read them before he would from a fah user. so your best bet is just report it on the forum and let them contact densign by page, email, hungover phonecall/doorknock  or whatever...

the log? it's still in reject Sat Jul 5 05:00:11 PDT 2008 (last entry at the bottom)
edit: ahh, you meant the thread.. you must be MtM at fah forums..
Me to, but I think there are now 3 threads where people are posting the problems ( I posted in two now I think ) so maybe we should consolidate that and concentrate on getting one of the staff on it ;)
anyway, still

My GPU2 client has been trying to get a new WU since ~2am EST. This is killing my productivity.

Good man Tom.
I was just saying to this man here... to increase PPD on peeps here with a little less then instant uploading/Dling of WU's also i run WU's concurrently. IF I crunch I crunch 100%. And like I just said to Tom here, on msn... nothing else will do. So when one Instance goes down to ul/dl, another one takes over the cores.

The independence day takes a hole new meaning
I should point out that it's only Nvidia server that is down, not ATI.
That means it should only effect 98% of people here:eek:
My 8800 gt is unemployed atm:(
EDIT**
Maybe it's related to the new (NV) core 1.07 release,
that is now officially supports multi-GPU now ?

You're telling me, the gpu client is 60% off my ppd :(

Marvin:
Thanks for contacting me. I've let Vijay and Dan (he's in charge of that server) know about the problem, and they are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
Sorry for not catching it sooner.

Just letting you know if you didn't before, 10 hours lost already due to

Not to brag or anything, but just to show at times participants who know who to contact do get things done. Just want you to not have the notion that everything happens without someone doing something, sometimes without the realy litle wheels, the big one's don't turn either
Especially we folding people should know this :wtf:
