Okay.., ran some oldies for those who are interested to see how 280 GTX performs under cascade... :-)
Spent a lil time with 06 and I like the speed in that run.. :-)
Rig is:
EVGA 790i
E8500/QX9650
BFG GTX 280 "out of box"
GSkill DDR3 1800

how did you get aquamark to run?? with me it crashes at the final huge explosion everytime??

try compatability mode or turning down clocks.

200k - no way... depends on cpu/mem a lot more than gpu.

Nice Vantage GPU, best GPU score I ever got there under Vista x64 with a single GTX 280 was 11989.
Anyway you could do a 01 run with your cpu at 4.5g and video stock..I just trying to see how a 280 scales against my 8800ultra's in SLI.. And 01 is my game..Thanks

-104 idle -95 load.., Vantage though eats cascade and send evap to warmer climats under cpu test.. :-)

Ofcourse these are with no PhysX...

ready for another race - IDK what I am going to end up w/ yet... But looking forward to getting a copper pot and taking back the 9600GT medals with tweaked RAM settings and hopefully a better CPU OC ... :up: Nice resutls - hope to get 280s and see how they work for me :D

Delete direpll.dll from AM3 directory, works everytime to fix this bug. (or its named something like that im at work cant get actual file name)
3dmark 2001 is more CPU dependent than I thought, good job though !!
